I used to be a zynga addict, but I have quit several times over the years. Not because I don't love the games, but because there are too many problems. Games are supposed to be fun, not stress you out! Zynga PLEASE work on fixing the issues in Chefville, if you have to take them down for awhile just explain that to us; but PLEASE do something!

Love the game but I wish there was more time between goals and you are able to purchase items that you need without chef cash, such as salt.

Love the game, other players are extremely helpful with tips on how to run things smoothly. I do enjoy the challenges/quests/events that roll out, but if you're not at the PC a lot the event is a no-go.

I can't even load my game on a PC. No amount of deleting my cache or trying to restart will get it to load. I always get an error message. It's too hard to play on an iPad, and now I can't visit neighbors on that without getting an error message. Love the game, but it just gets too frustrating to play.

I want to play Chefville and have not been able to for the past two weeks. I have tried everything know to man and it is not my computer. Please fix the problem with loading and "oops" constantly.

I reiterate: I love the game. And I do pay real cash pretty regularly. I want it to be stable. I'm on a brand new laptop; it is better, but still not stable. I understand the frustrations in trying to narrow down the problem areas, and am happy to be a test user if I can help. Thanks!

can not visit neighbors... game keeps freezing... pop up keeps saying not responding...can not build the goal in time till they expire...keep getting opps refresh...game very slow.. but saying all that i do love the game but have too many items in the game...

i love chefville but my game wont load through facebook for over 2 1/2 years now i play through firefox and sometimes that wont load and it wont stay loaded

I too, love this game but agree wholeheartedly with the writer of this letter. i hope Zynga takes this seriously, otherwise all the effort - both the players and Zynga's, would just go to waste.
