If you cannot attend the Hearing on Oct 18th, please sign this petition opposing ZA-467-18.
The undersigned residents of the City of Phoenix cannot attend the
zoning adjustment hearing scheduled for October 18, 2018.
My signature below affirms that I strongly oppose PRD Case ZA-467-18.
I request the hearing officer to DENY the application
The city officials tried to bury this rezoning case quietly but they clearly underestimated how many of us are paying attention. This momentum proves that Phoenix residents are done letting developers dictate the future of our neighborhoods.

This type of housing project will affect the traffic in our area, devalue our homes and they are are not allowing the lot size that is consistent with this neighborhood. I have lived here over 18 years and love my home and neighborhood. Please DENY the zoning adjustment.

I have lived in this neighborhood my whole life. Shoving 15 yardless condominiums in the middle of our historic, well preserved, desert enclave would be zoning I greatly oppose

I strongly oppose this zoning adjustment that will change the character of both this unique residential neighborhood and the pathway to enter the adjacent and magnificent city attraction, The Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

We moved into this neighborhood in 2001 due to the R1-10 zoning. Changing the zoning in our neighborhood not only would not look correct among the other homes on the size lots given it will affect property values and flow of traffic with only 2 exits to leave the neighborhood. I oppose this new zoning proposal.

I oppose PRD Case ZA-467-18 request for zoning adjustment. The zoning adjustment is contrary to the precedent that has been set over the last 50 years in this neighborhood. The lots in the Peak area are zoned R1-10; I oppose any change in this designation because this change will negatively affect the character of our neighborhood.

I am strongly opposed to this move to add to the density of our neighborhood. Traffic on 22nd St. in the morning and afternoon in and around the school near Glendale/Lincoln is already at a dangerous level and adding to the rush hour traffic in our area will only further detract from the appeal of living in this area of Phoenix.

Those houses look like apartment living--ugly in our neighborhood, and lowers our values to say nothing of the traffic around the school and homes south of it.

It is not the appropriate place for this type of housing.
