Petition for Urgent Reform: Reclaiming ZIMURA for Creators To the Board of Directors of the Zimbabwe Music Rights Association (ZIMURA): We, the undersigned members, are formally requisitioning an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) under Section 168 of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act. The Association is currently facing a constitutional and moral collapse. Urgent action is required to protect the livelihoods of Zimbabwean creators and remove individuals who have prioritized their own pockets over the survival of the industry.
