We demand public transparency in where money comes from and where it goes too.
We demand how many non cricket playing staff are on the payroll or receiving "expenses" and what their wage is-after all ZC admin published the players wages in the newspaper.
We demand equality in selection to ensure the best possible Zimbabwe cricket team, unbiased by colour,tribe,religion or political persuasion.
We demand a meritocracy!
We demand that if the above is not met, that the long term under-performing Admin staff are replaced with people who are competent and unafraid of transparency in all dealings.
We demand positive change for our Nations pride!!

The growth of this petition has reached a level that necessitates immediate formal engagement with the oversight committee. I am finalizing a drafted letter demanding a full audit of all administrative expenditures and will deliver it to their primary offices by the end of the week.

Former players with Test credentials and International experience should be roped in at all costs, into the technical department, selection panel as well as in the administration of the game.

Zim cricket has for too long been run by incompetence and greed. It is about time that the ICC and the heads of cricket intervened and rid the game of the board members within ZC who only seek to gain for themselves, and not contribute anything to the development and betterment of the game in the country. Zimbabwes players and fans are pawns in an ugly scrap for individual greed. ICC must act now.

icc needs to inervene because zim cricket is slowly dying fi players are not being paid on time tv rights n icc money is being mismanaged and the people running the game have never played cricket before and the fans are fed up .
Please just copy what South Africa and Namibia are doing, don't select based on colour

Exactly Ronald. The Admin staff should be fired for under-performance and bringing the game into disrepute. The ICC needs to step in and simply deal with a different board, made up of ex-players,coaches. All money can be diverted to that new boards bank destroying the cash cow ZC admin staff have been suckling on.
