crime is so high in SA u don't even know how safe are u even in ur own house.Heavy jail sentece must be omplemented like if u get 25yrs life no parole must be given.And also the foreigners must go back to where they came from as the commit crimes and they know that they won't be caught cos they don't have physical and stable addresses.
