Child abuse is a karmi criminal activity of the lowest form. Anyone who tolerates it when they have the power to create change, well I would not want that karma. Closing the eyes to it does not make it go away, nor does it mitigate its karmic consequences. This is your opportunity, turn over more power to the CPO!
