Zero Tolerance on the Abuse of Hare Krishna Children

PROSECUTE THE PERPETRATORS! This has been going on for more than 40 years in ISCKON! Stop it immediately. Got the info of this petition from an old gurukuli alumni. Both of us and many with us turned our backs on the whole deotee thing many, many years ago. Gave it all up because of violence and lies. I sign this petition for the sake of the poor Children in today's ISKCON.

Please investigate this issue immediately and prosecute the perpetrators. Keep our children safe.

I offer my vote as a positive way of raising awareness of Krishna's children in ISKCON.

This are some Important issues that need to be addressed.

This child abuse in Srila Prabhupada's house should not have happened.When Srila Prabhupada found out he was very upset ,very sad ,he said so many times these children are special,very special,even demigods want to take birth in this hare krishna movement.Many times when he found out the mothers of young children were going out or cooking for their Lordship ,he said No ,children come first ,they are your deties .Time after time in so many of his travel ,we see he gave out lots of mercy ,giving them cookies.These child molesters and those also who kept quiet are auras of first degrees and are punishable by death.They have special Hell waiting for them .

Please, I beg of you leaders of ISKCON, do your duty to the numerous former Gurukulisn who suffered unimaginable sexual molestations, and violent physical & mental abuses perpetrated by ISKCON "devotees" - and allocate sufficient funding to your Child Protection Office, and reorganize that office so thatn while still working with GBC, it can operate independently without interference. This is the greatest shame on Srila Prabhupada's beloved ISKCON. It will not go away, simply because you remain silentn and continue to ignore the needs of those former students. ISKCON is responsible to themn and always will be. Please Prabhus, have the courage, compassion and integrity to do the right thing. Thank you, Damodara dasa

Hare Krishna, do what is right at whatever cost to Srila Prabhupada movement

I’ve known (via lectures or books) following individuals -BhaktiVidyaPurna Swami (ref. his lectures in Shanghai, Spring 2000) -Radhanatha Swami, author of „The Journey Home” -Dhanurdhara Swami, author of „Waves of Devotion”. Times might have been different some decades ago, But it’s clear that the culprits still don’t acknowledge they’ve made a mistake …otherwise they would -no longer sit on a throne, -but simply clean pots in the temple kitchen.

As a devotee society, for each of us, we need to show our hearts and show that we genuinely care. This documentary is a call for both caring and love to be shown by the leadership in ISKCON to somehow stop for a minute and really hear this message. Child abuse is extremely damaging and painful for any child who has this happen to them. The effects can last a lifetime and can cripple a person deeply in their ability to live a happy and productive life both materially and spiritually. What devotee would want to see this kind of harm affect the life of any other fellow soul in this way? The appeal here is that this message be carefully heard and systematically and effectively dealt with. Not just with words but with action. I pray that this message reaches those in leadership who both have the heart and the capacity to listen and who have the ability to effect the changes that must be done here. There is no defense for these so called devotees, they should have been kicked out. They are cowards,as are thier supporters.

I have been involved with ISKCON since 1989. I have known for a long time that ISKCON leadership is incompetent and a closed book and an insiders boy's club that protects its own and engages in cover ups. Seeing it laid out like this I am disgusted like never before. They really need to take a good hard look at themselves and the iskcon community needs to start applying pressure on them as much as possible.
