I wonder why it takes more than 45 days to gather ONLY 1163 signatures? Where are all those devotees who are concerned with the issue? Perhaps, many devotees are not yet aware of this campain. Please, share this petition with your devotee frends.

These "men" are apostates who have no fear of Krishna. God will come as a lion and devour them. Their destruction is at hand. Have nothing to do with them. You shall know a tree by its fruit, and they have sown death instead of life. They seek not the glory of God but to glorify themselves. Stand fast and strong as it is Krishna himself who is separating the wheat from the chaff.

Child abuse is just one of many symptoms of the Bogus "Guru Hoax". Only Srila Prabhupada is Diksa Guru (by his own order) for the whole of ISKCON.

Sad.. I admired Radhanath swami and Indradyumna swami as some of the best Iskon has to offer. Why do they protect villans?! GBC is a joke. More like criminals.

It is high time that we at ISKCON - sanction, excommunicate or otherwise punish ALL perpetrators who falsely present themselves as devotees. Sadly, the GBC turns its blind eye on such perpetrators who have been systematically destroying Šrila Prabhupada's legacy. Our children are our future. We should act NOW to protect and train them in best possible ways.

Just saw the movie. Very informative. Whilst everyone is having a swell time celebrating a 50th anniversary, this thing clearly isn't dead and buried yet. Huge pandals and - heck why not -football stadiums (big, bigger...) but what about the smaller issue, our children, of which some, will(have) never reach(ed) their 50th anniversary due to the memorial of abuse and neglect in their head. A INDICATION OF HOW SERIOUSLY OTHER ORGANISATIONS ARE ATTEMTING TO PROTECT CHILDREN. I work with vulnerable adults.I do not work with children and still the organisation provides me with specific training on child protection policies separate from training sessions on vulnerable adults. This is on a yearly basis and mandatory for all 2000plus employees.

'Zero Tolerance' as the title says! There should be discrimantion in the judgement, but the overall understanding should be 'zero tolerance'. A real ksatriya is missing in the ISKCON's GBC , One who has the backbone to take drastic actions. All our GBC members are preachers/sannyasis/gurus etc. From our Vaishnava brahmanas who are busy with their projects, preachings, collecting funds and all of them are also responsible of their zones and they may have also disciples to take care, You can't expect from them that they have the sensivity nor the strength to do the necessary steps towards child abuse. As long the GBC is the ultimate decision maker and the executer this will not work out. The GBC should make the laws but not beeing sametime also the executer. This is the Job of the CPO! And in that sense they should be empowered to act accordingly the GBC laws. As long we have the nepotism culture in the GBC that will be not work out and those evil minded persons remains in their positions.

Agreed, CPO needs to be completely independent, transparent and accountable to the devotee public.

How sad and tragic and shameful that there is even need for such a petition as this. KC is the highest, most beautiful philosophy. Why can't we practice what we preach? Why would any person of integrity who is seeking spiritual evolution join an organization that allows children to be treated like this? Vaishnava aparadha will bring this movement to a standstill. ISKCON please not only "clean up your act", but purify your hearts so the world doesn't have to wait for another 100 years before the next Hare Krsna explosion. You can't claim to love Srila Prabhupada and Krishna and simultaneously abuse children. Don't turn Srila Prabhupada's movement into a farce. Stop the lies. Hare Krsna!

Making a wise decision today will help the future generation and will provide a better, lovable & compationate environment within KC families.
