Note To Reader and Pre-text: This petition is just one of the many upcoming petitions, to document the ongoing corruption taking place at the senior management level in Zello Corporate,. Zello Corporate shows favoritism in how it investigates and enforces it's own rules, when it comes to malicious users cyber-stalking, harassing other members, and other violations of Terms of Service. These petitions against Zello Corporate are meant to serve as public documentation, of all the systematic negligence that Zello Corporate practices daily with it's own Push-to-Talk voice network app, installed on iOS and Android devices.

All individual violation petitions herein, will also be sent to Apple and Google Corp. respectively, to inform them of Zello's repeated violations pertaining to individual privacy infringement of private citizens, as well as various copyright infringements.

Attention Zello,

This notice herein, is to inform you of the repeated violations that one of
your user-created channels is committing on a daily basis. The channel
called "Southpark" spelled WITH the quotation marks (the quotation mark
characters are a part of the channel name as well), was created with the
sole purpose of being a "roasting" channel, where harassment both verbal and
via photo drops is the entire premise of the channel. It's Zello URL

Please note that ignoring this notice will lead to further action, including
(but not limited to) this email complaint being posted on the greater web,
to hold Zello Corporate accountable publicly for enforcing anti-harassment
and anti-cyberstalking protocols that exceed beyond Zello's mere Terms of
Service, but U.S. Laws pertaining to harassment and stalking online.

Violations:

1. "SouthPark" was actually created by a user that you have already
banned, with the alias named "Draco". Draco's real name is Blade Corder of
Hampton Virginia, and has made a name for himself on Zello as the channel
creator of previously banned channels, such as "Dracos Comedy Central", as
you not only banned that channel for constant harassment activity taking
place in that channel, but you also banned his previous "President Draco"
username for repeated harassment as well. The Channel "Southpark" is merely
a re-hashing of "Dracos Comedy Central" where the channel is used exclusively
for harassing peoples' real lives, posting people's personal addresses,
phone numbers, doctoring their photos that they stole from other social
media apps (i.e. Facebook), and parading harassment photos both in the
channel history transcripts, as well as using harassing photos as the main
channel profile picture. The way Draco (Blade Corder) has evaded you to
connect that he owns the channel just as he owned the previously banned
channel "Dracos Comedy Central", is by having a friend create the channel
for him (by the Zello username / persona "Ice Cold") and after having 'Ice
Cold' make the channel for Draco, Draco then hops on the Crown account of the
channel either by laptop or a secondary device, to determine which evil
participants (who harass other members) can receive Administrator stars as a
reward for being able to attack other users the hardest. Draco is trying to
cover up the proof that he owns the "SouthPark" channel, as having been a
previously banned user himself, in order to evade detection by Zello Staff
that he is still running more channels on Zello, dedicated to the
cyber-stalking, verbal harassment and incitement of other illegal activity
against other Zello users, just for popularity on the Zello app. The very
act of him running a channel evasively on Zello after having both his
previous usernames and channels banned, is a violation in of itself.

2. Taking a look periodically throughout the day at the channel
picture of the "SouthPark" channel, will reveal that the "Admins" of the
channel (alongside with Draco the owner) use their ability to change the
channel profile picture, to photos that are demeaning and harassing to other
Zello users they view as their enemies. They steal other people's photos
from other social media platforms or the greater web, then photoshop them, or put
harassing captions on the person's photo, and parade it as the official
Channel picture, for everyone to see. This happens at least several times a
day, but they change the channel profile picture so often, that it makes it
very difficult to report to Zello, since by the time Zello staff may get the
complaint email, the Admins and owner of the channel (Draco) would have then evaded
getting caught doing it, by already having changed the picture. This also
includes them using the channel profile picture to post up people's personal
information, to include phone numbers, addresses, people's arrest records,
anything to incite the larger audience members of the channel to
"screenshot" the personal information of somebody else, so as to incite
other channel participants to user the addresses, phone numbers, and other
related data, to harass the real lives of the people they're targeting.
Again, by the time the report is read by Zello staff up to 48 hours later,
the channel picture has already been changed, and the proof of what they do
is covered up. Hence why, it is the responsibility of Zello staff
themselves, to MONITOR actively the things taking place in "Southpark"
channel (profile picture, channel history picture posts, etc.) to see the
illegal activity taking place in real-time.

3. Alongside the violations mentioned thus far, Draco (Blade Corder)
has an affinity to create channels by using names of Copyrighted /
Trademarked public names, which is a violation of that Copyrighted name to
begin with. He violated the "Comedy Central" name when he created his
harassment channel off that name, and even though that channel has since
been shut down for repeated violations, the spin-off channel now called "Southpark"
(with the quotation marks included) is ALSO a Copyright / Trademark
infringement of the REAL "Southpark" name. A formal letter is being sent to
Viacom, the parent company who owns both Comedy Central as well as the
"Southpark" name, to inform them of the Copyright infringement taking place
on the Zello network, by allowing an individual user who has been previously
banned for violations pertaining to online harassment, to yet again, create
a "Southpark" channel, illegally using that trademark name that nether
Viacom nor Comedy Central allowed to be used as. By Zello Corporation
allowing a user to run a channel on their network called "Southpark" without
explicit written consent by Viacom, Zello is also legally liable for the
trademark and copyright violations.

4. Lastly, Zello Corporate is asked to investigate any previously
deleted audio uploads from the "Southpark" audio upload archives. Reason
being, the owner "Draco" (Blade Corder) understands that if any harassment
audio links get sent to Zello Corporate to prove that the channel's entire
premise is to harass other people, then the channel (just like his previous
ones) gets shut down. For this reason, Draco regularly DELETES all audio
evidence from the "SouthPark" channel audio upload archive (that other users
upload to prove the channel is rampantly violating TOS guidelines), in order
to make it extremely difficult for Zello Staff to hear the proof of all the
harassment taking place in that channel. Essentially, Draco has developed a
system in how to evade his channels to be shut down by deleting anybody's
audio uploads that could get sent to Zello proving the entire channel is a
harassment platform channel. All while the harassment still takes place
daily.

Please know, that all messages from here on out sent to Zello Staff relating
to harassing channels and harassing users, will now be publicly searchable
on the greater web, and sent to other external entities related to the
violations. These external entities include Google Play Store, Apple iTunes
App Store, IC3 (the federal agency monitoring cyber-crime even in the form
of online stalking and harassment), members of Congress interested in
cyber-bullying issues, the FCC, and any other corporation who's trademark
names are illegally used to create channel names on Zello. It is suggested,
you stay true to the responsibility of enforcing your own TOS, as well as
Federal laws beyond your own TOS.
