Seriously need this resolved. Feel like I'm being robbed blind by the state.
This is peoples hard earned money. We deserve access to our own accounts to see what is going on. Just let us download the records.
Ridiculous that they can just lock us out like this. I have tax stuff in there that I need for my records ASAP.
