Cedar Bridge Corporate park in Lakewood, New Jersey is situated on land that was given by Lakewood Township for a nominal sum to develop into a Corporate park that will generate tax dollars to Lakewood Township. The Park has not been able to attract a single tenant,never developed in to the intended use as a tax generator .It is therefore the will of the Lakewood Tax payers for Lakewood Township declare the Cedar Bridge park in default and the valuable land to revert back to Lakewood Township. Lakewood Township shoul resell the land to the highest bidder.
