YPO is a global community and its leadership shall be mindful of a balanced statement - Palestine was once upon a time the sovereign ruler of this land. YPO'ers who are close to the subject would be able to clearly see the level of fight and flight mode - let alone danger - Palestinians live for decades.
Such a statement is a one sided / description of the whole conflict with material misrepresented framing of the current status and its implications on poor / weak / and struggling Palestinian civilians who are currently under the rubble in a destroyed town.
The YPO community I know for many years has always been open minded, balanced, and careful in its approach and I strongly believe in a much more balanced and precise statement to describe what is going on.

Civilians killed on both sides is heart breaking and that is the point the statement failed to mention. when unjustise and apartheid practices are being practised with defiance by Israel , the pressure cooker was doomed to explode .

It’s always important to look at the root cause of the problem from a humanitarian point of view… Palestine remains an occupied territory, Palestinians have been oppressed and dehumanized for years… killing innocent civilians is always bad, but one cannot look only on one side but rather go back to the facts not to what western media is showing!!
