I have reported an abusive content in youtube. But they are not responding to it and it's almost 3 months. (Views are increasing day by day)

Sometimes the reason could be the language. Since Google is a wide-ranged service which even provides all the services of google in Sinhalese and even the facility to translate into Sinhalese too this content should be reviewed.

For the ones who are in the curiosity of knowing what this girl is saying,
This innocent girl is from a village in Sri Lanka who was deceived by someone from town. She requests him to stay there longer. The man takes the benefit and seduces her implying her to agree for an awful sexual activity.

Once the girl is understood the implying she agrees saying it aloud. This girl doesn't want such a thing she's doing only requesting continuously from the beginning.

Since it doesn't seemed to be removed,
