I have finished drafting a formal inquiry to the YouTube policy department regarding the specific terms of this termination. We are currently identifying legal contacts who have handled similar platform appeals to determine our next formal step.

We are approaching the one thousand signature threshold which is the benchmark required to open a formal line of communication with the YouTube creator support team. I am drafting the official appeal letter now to ensure we have a technical argument ready to submit the moment we cross this target.

ATS was wrongly convicted, there are hundreds of other channels that do the same thing he did yet none of them are being taken down, if anything ATS was targeted for some reason, and you! YouTuber took down his channel without trying to find that reason
500,000 subs and gets terminated for vids made in the past. Not coo, lots of hard work went into that and the man deserves it posting a video or two everyday. If he doesn't get his channel back then Internet freedom is evaporating as we know it
I can't believe Google has done this to him. They terminate his channel within seconds, however do not think about the years of work he has put into this. Bring his channel back the content was superb and tell him which videos to remove

Unfair that a great YouTuber has had an account terminated over some "guidelines." How many users do covers of music? Or gaming channels? The essentially reproduce and distribute videos and am sure no one asks for permission before hand.
I hope YouTube returns the original channel

AppleTechSpot was such an amazing channel. He made the best Jailbreak videos I've ever watched in a long time. I would love to see him come back to doing his iOS videos. YouTube has really gone too far with this and he needs to come back ASAP.
