Change/Abolish Youtube Content ID System

I think it's time for ContentID to be abolished for good!

This new policy is kinda unfair considering the nunber of parody makers across the world. They obviously don't own the content yet some of their videos are unfairly blocked by the true owners. YT should double-check the Content ID policy and fix the unfair flaws (like muting the audio and blocking the video worldwide).

I just want to let you guys know that if you just take a minute or two to post this on facebook, twitter, or youtube to help spread the word, it would help get a great amount of signatures so we can change youtube for the better :)

This new ID system is crap, it needs so much fixing! I will help this cause because I want to start my own YouTube very soon.
