We are petitioning the government to reverse the delisting of nicotine from the Poison Act and to promote the Generational Endgame (GEG). Nicotine is a highly addictive substance that can have serious health consequences. We must regulate nicotine in a way that minimises its addictiveness and harmful effects. We also urge you to support the GEG, which is a plan to reduce nicotine addiction and exposure in the next generation. We believe that these two actions are essential to protect public health. Together, we can make a difference!

I’m totally agree on this petition as the vape usage been normalisation in most of the areas especially among youth and youngsters because they been the main user. I would stand to fight for our voice to be heard and there is some solutions on this vape nicotine stuff to not effect our youth future by increasing health risk and climate changes
The only morally right thing the government should do to reverse the decision. PMX said there is no harm to make U-turn on policy decision if it is good for the rakyat and certainly it is.
Malaysia' exclusion of nicotine 'vapes' from poisons control is quite out of line with Malaysia's tobacco control which is a great example for many other countries. Please rectify this mistake immediately to protect people - particularly young people -from the effects of these dangerous products. Look at Australia's recent legislation for guidance.
Nicotine is dangerous chemical ingredients that directly or indirectly effect the user, the people surrounding and environment. If we as youth and children can see the negative effect about nicotine why the elders or our minister that responsible to protect our unheard voices and rights then choose to remove this harmful piece from Poisons Act 1952.
These days, modern war by killing people indirectly, via BRAIN. Nicotine will cause negative impact to human's central nervous system and having impaired cognitive functions in long term!! Not only affect the smoker, but also the PASSIVE SMOKER! Reinstate nicotine in the poisons list!

Delisting nicotine from the poison act 1952 is not a good idea as this will somehow let youngsters to think that usage or consumption of nicotine is fine for their health.
