Our NHS has embarked on a ten year plan to improve services and patient care with the focus on patient involvement paramount. As a patient I find the information is scattered over leaflets,booklets,dvd's and the internet. An interactive tv channel would promote public involvement,prevention,healthy living,early diagnosis,early intervention preventing long term health problems like Chronic Pain,also providing self help advice to aid recovery time for the patient. Education and communication is important to ensure public awareness and give them the platform to get involved in the future of our NHS.
