My package full of irreplaceable childhood memories was either destroyed or lost here. Months went by and I tried filing multiple complaints with no luck. They finally sent me a pulled off mailing address from the front of the box. I guess the employees decided to keep the rest for themselves.

Our Christmas presents went through this office and never left! I am getting no where dealing with The USPS. They ruined our families Christmas!

Workers are either incompetent or thieves. Priority package was sent through BG facility and went to the wrong city. There is no such address in that city so who knows where it was dropped off .

Lost my irreplaceable certified letter! Received, hasn't updated tracking in over a month. A second letter in over a week. Both mailed separately, both went here for sorting.

Package was delievered to San Bernardino the same time as a separate order from Amazon, for some reason it has been rerouted to Bell Gardens, and I'm almost sure that the item was stolen (True Detective Season 1) as to the reason why it was redirected 50 miles in the wrong direction from where I live.

My package arrived there may 15, 2014. Today is June 12, 2014 and have not received the package or any updates... Must be in the black hole
