Dear Mr. Madden,

I agree with this petition to assign our delegates to the Job Evaluation meetings.

As a member of Local 503, I would like to express my concerns with the current PCP Job Evaluation referee process. I have been informed by members assisting the JE team, that recent emails and attempts to observe as expert in the subject matter have been met with silence.

In the absence of these responses, I am requesting that as president of local 503 and with the powers provided to you by the local’s bylaw Section 23 you;

- Immediately appoint a special committee to observe and report on the progress of the JE team,

 - Acknowledge that Annick Allard, Faye Proctor, Kevin Dubrueyl and Bill Nichols are subject experts and immediately grant them seating privileges beginning with the upcoming meeting of Nov 07, 2013,

- Allow them to freely report to the membership and yourself, the developments of the JE negotiations.

Numerous brothers and sisters from our local have dedicated time and effort to this process and as a member I would appreciate having a delegate that will report on of those efforts.
