Building is too high. We already have a residence just down the road. Too much traffic! We have to keep the area safe for our young children. Build something that isn't as high and that the community can all use!

Not enough distance between such a big building and residential townhouses,not safe and will strain the roadways in the neighborhood.

Building is too high should not be more than 4 stories. We also already have issues with traffic and parking on the street!

This is a bad location for a retirement residence, it sould be close to a mall at least so the residents can go walk around and have coffee or some social life specially in the winter.

Six (6) stories would be totally out of proportion for the neighbourhood.
Even the newest commercial establishments are no where near that.
Not to mention being above the eleven year old zoning proposal.
Let's have something that fits with the neighbourhood!

Agreed that this height of structure no longer suites the surrounding homes
design. Should be no higher than 4 story.

Too high. Not enough exterior parking. A smaller retirement home would be more suitable. Max 3 stories, and more parking to avoid on-street parking especially in winter.
