To the Secretary of State for Health, Andy Burnham and the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, Ed Balls: Mental health is as important as physical health and needs to be everyone's business. Three young people in every class room has a diagnosable mental health problem such as depression, yet many are still not getting the help they deserve. To tackle this we urge you to include the YoungMinds Children and Young People's manifesto in your election pledges and make the vital changes needed to improve young people's wellbeing and mental health.

I just checked the tally and we are hovering right near that big thousand mark which feels pretty surreal honestly. If everyone reading this just sends the link to a few people in their contacts right now we could definitely cross that threshold before the day is out and really get someone important to look at this thing.

I just checked the count and we are almost at one hundred signatures which is honestly wild because if we hit that mark it really shows those guys at the top that we actually mean business. Please throw this link into your group chats or wherever because I really want to see us blow past that milestone today.

About time. My daughter has been waiting months to see someone and she just gets pushed from one list to another. Change is needed now.

WAY too many kids are suffering in silence because they are scared to ask for help. Lets get them support before its too late.

Mental health matters just as much as a broken leg. Why is this so hard for them to understand?

Needs way more funding. You cant just talk about it and not put the money where it belongs. Do better.
