I have a 18 year old nephew that has had his freedom taken over a night of sex with a 14 year old that claims that he took over her body and made her do things that she didn't want to do.How you may ask that me being his aunt don't believe this is that the person that is saying this is his cousin through marriage and the only reason she claims rape is because she got caught in the act and had to get herself out of trouble!!!!My nephew has somewhat of special needs and he was the one who came forward and told us what happened when she said nothing happened.And now he is the one facing 40 years for a crime that didn't happen.I would really like so surpport on this so called crime that didn't happen at the time when he was 17.
