You Tube Cooperation with Tehran against freedom of speech

In the shadow of the new relation between Islamic Republic of Iran with United states , supporters of Islamic Republic regime and You Tube are cooperating to strangle Iranians on You Tube and ignore freedom of speech for the sake of their political and commercial aims , by baseless copyrighting videos recorded directly from state run TV .

On the top of You Tube arm of censor is account holder [G1NMENA] who claim to be contracted by Iranian TV , and try to copyright over 100 video of news recorded from Iranian TV by lenziran.com . This is few hours of is today work !

According to You Tube G1NMENA is member of a network named as [Gold1 network ] and operate his copyright claims , using credibility of [Gold1 network ] .

You Tube brought down 2 of lenziran videos , You Tube will close the account and annihilate all videos collected during years for history in the format of Video

I am suspicious of You Tube and have the right to ask from You Tube Network :

1- why the non existence of copyright relation between Iran according to circular 38 of US copy right office is ignored ?

2 - - How You Tube accept to proceed copyright claim by G1NMENA against an account holder who is publishing Iranian news videos for 6 years , without any strike ?

3 - You Tube is fighting record of Iranian history for benefits of his partner . You Tube and its partners are protecting the interest of Islamic Regime.

4 - It is claimed that G1NMENA have a contract with Iranian TV . How You Tube is sure of genuinely of the contract . Who is legally entitled to sign on behalf of a state run organization like Iranian TV ?

5 - How You Tube prevent spreading news of the world , and punish people for the sake of his partners . My video is downed by You Tube and I have lost privilege of my account such as uploading video more than 15 minutes !

I hope that You Tube will reconsider its position and stop cooperating with Iranian regime and its servants abroad against freedom of speech , Iranian community on You Tube and lenziran .
