David Aaron Starr aka CI#1186 needs his contract with Dunn County Police and the Drug Task Force to end. “Starr” has been very busy working as a CI with the Dunn County Police and Drug Task Force for many months and they have allowed, if not encouraged, Starr to drive away in the pulled over vehicles even though the owner has stated they do not give him consent. Starr is known to have a Revoked driver’s license by law enforcement and when vehicles have been reported as stolen, police refuse to file a report. Where are these vehicles now? Why won’t the Menomonie police follow up?
It is time for David Aaron Starr to be accountable for his actions as well. Do not keep hiding behind a number. Admit your role in the drug deals, the running of a drug house, stealing property from the arrested and benefiting financially.
People have come forward with proof of what Starr is doing, some are in his own words admitting this. I encourage anyone who has dealt with Starr and has been affected by his actions to sign the petition. Anything from being set up, stolen property, false reports and/or sexual assault. If Dunn County insists on protecting Starr there will be further action taken and we need your help.

I’m so glad to see this! Starr has not only stolen from me but he has stolen, lied and made false accusations against a few friends of mine. I have even witnessed his lying and stealing from his own family. He is out committing his own crimes and not getting in trouble for it. Come on Dunn County he’s not that special! Please do your job and get him off the streets.

My son use to be Starr’s roommate. Even though I was leery of him my son told us he was a good guy. I didn’t like the idea of my son moving in with Starr but I really didn’t have any say so I did my best to be nice to him. When they got their place I gave them a bed and help them with food even helped them with the first months rent which Starr promised to pay back. He even had some trouble with his car and needed it tow even though he still had not made any attempt to pay back what he already borrowed I helped him again and paid to have his car towed. He keep promising me he would pay me back but week after week I seen nothing. I even tried to make it easier by telling him he couldn’t pay me a little at a time.. $20., $30. Anything that he could and eventually I would get it back.. but still weeks went by with still no attempt to pay. David Starr might be a CI but he also is a liar and a theft among other things. I did everything I could to help him and he took advantage of the my kindness.

Your son who never paid a dime in rent to live at my house. Who never paid a bill or the one who molested a 7 year old little girl. I think your $400 was well covered
