The road & pavement surface of York Gardens is slowly deteriorating.

There are patchy areas, divots, pot holes, cracks and general unevenness throughout the full cul-du-sac. Both on the road and pavement surface.

As well as the non appealing visual impact to potential house buyers, there is also the safety concern. York Gardens is full of families with children. Gaps in the roads can lead to children having accidents - EG falling off bikes more easily.

It's time York Gardens got a makeover!
