Our everyday lives depend on shopping online, we all do it, for very different reasons, maybe, some people are house bound, disabled, with small children, people who work, and best of all saving us money and convenience, right, what happens when you wait for your parcels to arrive, or not, or they arrive damaged, or they don't arrive at all ( your parcel is lost, and we are looking into it) how many of you know that scenario? the sheer stress of it, and the back and forth phone calls, and it turns to anger and we take it out of those nearest to us, and this should not happen, but it does time and time again

This is why Mike Cooper from Yodel Couriers needs to take responsibility for what his company and his staff have caused, this should not be happening.
