This is such a shame!! LMI has the best, most impressive trainings and classes in the history of fitness. Nothing will ever come close. To drop these classes is a tragedy.

Body Flow is the reason I joined the Y. I am devastated that you will be removing it from your schedule. Every class I attend at the Ridgedale Y is well attended.

The Lesmills program is the Cadillac of group fitness. They care about the quality of their instructors and want the best for their participants.

I joined the Lino a lakes branch just over 2 years ago. I joined
due to health issues. The classes that are being discussed as changing to MOSSA rather than Les Mills is distressing. These are the classes that I take to stay moving and build muscle. I have adjusted the movements with the assistance of many of the Les Mills instructors in lino Lakes. These instructors and these classes have kept my aging body with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis moving and much less painful. Please do not change them !!

I love BodyFlow! This class is one of the major reasons I maintain my Y membership. The music, balance of mind and body exercise is the perfect package for many of us in our middle years. The community of fellow "flow--ers" can't be beat. All of this supports the mission of the YMCA. Thank you for your consideration.

Don't not take Les Mills aways. Body flow is my safe haven. I have met so many amazing people, love the music and the feeling after class gives me both physical and mental clarity to get through this crazy thing we call life. I love and support Les Mills !!!

Les Mills programs were the majority of the reason I joined the YMCA and losing them will definitely make me rethink my membership all together.

Les Mills classes are the best program ever on the market: best workout, energy, fun and results. Moving to Mossa would be a bad strategic choice because many members will leave...

Les Mills has great classes, well structured, and a phenomenal workout. If the Y gets rid of their Les Mills classes, I'll be looking for other gyms that sponsor Les Mills.

A few years ago I left the YMCA for a cheaper membership at another club. I came back to the YMCA because I missed BodyFlow. If you take away my BodyFlow I'll find a club that offers it. Please don't take away my BodyFlow!

Body Pump and Flow are the reason I still use the Y now that my children have outgrown the desire to use the pool every weekend. I have seriously considered switching to one of the cheaper little fitness centers, but the classes are what have me staying. I have also brought friends into the Y just for these classes. I have heard from instructors that they are not pleased with the alternative.

After six years experience with Body Flow and now trying Centergy, I can say "Centergy is no Body Flow." I share the concerns of how the decision was made and the programs evaluated. Body Flow has made a very positive change in my life. The Body Flow classes that I attend at the Midway Y have consistently filled the exercise studio. Eliminating Body Flow from the Y's offerings is a poor decision.

Has anyone asked for documentation on how the need to re-evaluate Group-X fitness activities are delivered in the Twin Cities metro area Y's?
For example: 1) Requirements for providing these services to the membership, 2) Performance metrics for current class delivery and participant progress, 3) Requirements and selection criteria for deciding to change to a new Group-X vendor (e.g. Mossa), 4) How the the Request for Proposal (RFP) and vendor tender offer was prepared, and 5) Who was on the evaluation committee and how various vendors respondents were evaluated and who the winner was in the overall selection process vs. all options considered? Would seem this is something that the Y membership should be informed of regardless of outcome. This is a non profit organization after all.
