There is a fellow named Yitzchak Parzen and i live in kensington daven very often in the landaus shul in midwood-flatbush, and whenever i come he is by the umid davening leading the services.. i think we should stop this and demand the shul administration should not allow him to daven for the umid so often, if he comes and they ask for a volunteer is no problem. but he stands by the umid before the minyan even starts which is weird and not acceptable.. on july in the summer of 2014 he did not have a hat wanted to daven and put on some weird chassidishe hat and everyone was laughing LETS STOP YITZY PARZEN FROM BEING BAAL TEFFILAH EVERY DAY .....
