Nhiều người dùng điện thoại Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra tại Việt Nam đang gặp lỗi sọc xanh trên màn hình dù không có va đập hay tác động bên ngoài.
Tại Ấn Độ, Samsung đã công nhận lỗi này và triển khai chính sách thay màn hình miễn phí cho người dùng. Tuy nhiên, khi liên hệ với Samsung Việt Nam, họ từ chối thừa nhận lỗi và không có chính sách hỗ trợ thay màn hình, gây thiệt hại lớn cho khách hàng.
Chúng tôi yêu cầu Samsung Việt Nam áp dụng chính sách thay màn hình miễn phí giống như ở Ấn Độ để đảm bảo quyền lợi người tiêu dùng.
