We the people of the United Stated of America is really tired of the high murder rates that is occurring in our cities across the World far and near. This is why we are potitioning all of the Congressmen and Women on Capital Hill to allow this petition into vote. as long as we get all the signature that is required to past this law, is as followed: If any Man, Woman, Boy or Girl committs a murder crime in America and found to be guilty by their peers, and what ever the judge sentencing is, then they will be required to serve their time in the military war fighting to protect the american country for all mankind, and if they should servive their sentencing time then and only then shall they be released back into the public. If all else fails and they don't make it, their families can not sue the government of any kind for the lost of a love one. also if they shall become injured while serving and is found to be uncapable to finish their sentencing in the military war, then they shall be train to do something more possitive to better prepare them for society living or which includes getting properly educated with a trade within the prison system and make this mandetory for all prisoners. As tax payers we are really tired of footing the bill for the prisoners to lounge in our cities jails and get fat off of the money it takes to run the prisons. This also includes the prisoners that is already in for murder and have been sentenced already. Also the prisoners will not be intitled to any military benefits, just the standard health and financial benefits that is already in placed by the prison system. We the people believed that this law will put a stop to all the killings in the USA......
