As a senior at Independence High School, I believe that the class of 2015 and the future classes to come should be able to paint the senior stage as every class before them has. While the volunteers of the Beautification Project spent many hours creating the wondrous painting currently on senior stage, many students at Independence wish to be given an equal opportunity to do the same. With the many changes happening this school year, I believe traditions such as painting senior stage should be kept sacred and treated with respect. Although it may not mean much to some, it means the world to others! Please sign this petition and help c/o 2015 get their chance to paint the stage!
