We, the undersigned, are in FAVOR of the proposed changes to rules 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 of the Bridle Path HOA Regulation for Bridle Path HOA Common Areas. Non-Resident Trainers should be granted the same rights of use of the common areas as Resident Trainers.

On October 20, 2014, in an open meeting the board voted to accept changes to rules 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 of the Bridle Path HOA Regulation for Bridle Path HOA Common Areas Revised June 18, 2012.

The homeowners have been given an opportunity to make comments in favor or against the proposed rule change. At the Dec 15, 2014 Board Meeting, the Board will make a final vote on whether or not to make the rule change effective.

These rules have had an adverse effect on Bridle Path residents and has hampered their ability to hire approved trainers to work their horses when they cannot be present such as when they have to work, travel or otherwise be unavailable.

The rules currently read as follows:

Rule 4.4.2: A Bridle Path Resident must escort Approved Non-Resident Trainers in Bridle Path Homeowners Association Common Areas. Approved Non-Resident Trainers may not be in Bridle Path Homeowners Association Common Areas unescorted.

Rule 4.4.3: Approved Non-Resident Trainers may not teach students who are not Bridle Path Residents in any Bridle Path Homeowners Association Common Areas.

------

The completed petition with signatures will be presented to the Board prior to the Dec 15, 2014 Board meeting.
