Lived a couple blocks away and skated this ramp almost everyday for 3 years. I was extremely sad to see it go. It was a great ramp and the children loved it. I think it was a loss to the park and seeing it come back would be truly a gift.

I loved going there to exercise , there was always a great mix of locals and people traveling just to skate the ramp. Also the ramp can be leveled on any-type of land, the ground does not have to be flat for the ramp to be level.

I used to go out an enjoy using the ramp. We always encouraged anyone to try it out and loved that people would come to watch. I would sincerely enjoy having that ramp back

My grandson went to Montclair Park every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday just for the skateboard ramp. Now he doesn't go to the park at all, because there is nothing for him to do.

I'm for the skate ramp. It's more inclusive, socially. The skate park in Piedmont is not a credible alternative for young kids.
