People need to vote yes. Piercing the cap helps the children and doesn't cost much out of your pocket to do so. We all do better, when we all do better. Our children and our community deserve our vote.

In any universe where "cap" and "pierce" never existed, Elwood residents would be jumping up and down for joy to have such a minuscule increase from budget to budget that not only maintains programs but adds to them! I want to vote fot THIS budget, again!
