Due to the overwhelming high crime the Yellowstone Town Homes have been experiencing, we (the residents of The Yellowstone Town Homes), demand the HOA allocate/collect funds for the installation of complete security gates surrounding the entire residential area.
We,
the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our HOA to act now to begin
installation process and from past estimates not exceed $1500 - $2000 per resident.
