Please have this eye-sore removed. Some of the lumber that is salvageable should be saved and used in the next construction in keeping with the neighborhood.

This house is a terrible eye sore. PLEASE let it be torn down NOW!!! You'd have to approve a plan before building a new one, so PLEASE tear it!

HPC is hurting our neighborhood by not permitting demolishing this burnt out structure. The owner knows he has the upper hand and is playing it to his advantage. Get tough HPC and make something happen in our life time.

Please bulldoze this eyesore as soon as possible. It's dangerous and brings down all our property values.

This burned building should have been removed long ago! An empty, grassy lot would be a huge improvement! Please do away with any red tape causing this delay and do the right thing - remove this scary eye sore from our neighborhood ! I am shocked it takes a petition to get this done.

He is playing the system hoping the city will pay to have the house demolished and approve a plan to rebuild a residence that would normally not be approved.

I agree with this petition. It seems dangerous to children and animals as they may crawl inside and get "stuck". How could this dangerous piece of junk have any historic value what-soever.
