We, the undersigned, are petitioning to change the driving regulations on the Fire Island National Seashore to accommodate the residents who hold driving permits unrestricted permission to drive to and from their homes for the extent of the school year, which would extend from the Tuesday after Labor Day through the last Friday in June annually.

Finally. It makes no sense to have to pay double just because the calendar says school is back in. Rent is high enough as it is.

About time! Keeping us from our own homes all year is ridiculous. We live here too.

Just let us drive. It gets freezing out there and walking with kids and groceries is a nightmare in the winter. FIX THIS.
