I don't have a TV, so this is the only way I can see this film.

Can't be out on DVD soon enough. I'm quite dismayed that BBC4 turned it down and I can't afford Sky Arts.

I would totally like to see a commercial release of this documentary, since I missed it when it was TV.

Not even seen it yet as it has not been shown on terrestrial TV in the UK (as far as I am aware). So would love to buy it so that I can see it!

Been a fan of the band since the early days, a hugely interesting and influential group. I'd love to be able to learn more.

Quite simply a wonderful documentary, highlighting the incredible body of work from Messrs Partridge, Moulding, Gregory & Chambers (and Andrews too, of course). XTC deserve to be spoken about in the same terms as those other quintessential, great British bands, The Beatles and The Kinks. And Partridge should rightly be mentioned in the same breath as McCartney, Lennon and Davies. To paraphrase Andy P, they were a band that started off pretty damn good and ultimately became quite something extraordinary, defying genre, tradition and rock conventions along the way. That they were cruelly denied appropriate recognition says so much about the brutal inconsistencies and unjust attitude of the music industry. By making this documentary available for commercial release, a much wider audience can be reached, with new fans brought on board and older fans reminded of the geniuses that brought us everything from Radios in Motion through to Playground, via the psychedelic beauty of The Dukes of Stratosphear.
