Having this problem since a tried to sign up a month ago. I have contacted MS via chat, email, forum, twitter and nothing. Costumer service is non existent. My first MS console and I'm totally dissapointed with their service.

It's not recognising that I'm a gold member and just get sent to the forums by xbox support
