Ben & Jerry + Mulder & Scully = great tastes that go great together!
It’s been 13 long years since the FBI’s most unwanted solved supernatural crimes and thwarted alien conspiracies on TV and now America’s favorite basement dwelling agents will be back early next year when “The X-Files” returns for a limited series on Fox.
In honor of the return of this groundbreaking show and it’s iconic partners Special Agents Fox “Spooky” Mulder and Dana “Mulder, it’s me” Scully, we think another famous pair of partners should consider a special ice cream flavor to celebrate!
We propose:
The Truth is in Here
A mysteriously rich dark chocolate ice cream full of dollops of fudgy alien goo with creamy marshmallow swirls that cut through the dark like a pair of flashlights and sprinkled with candy-coated sunflower seeds (for the believers). It’s a delicious combination even a skeptic could love.

The enthusiasm for this flavor concept has been far more widespread than I initially anticipated. I am currently drafting a formal proposal to share with the team at Ben and Jerry's to see if they might entertain the idea of a limited batch run. It is heartening to see that so many of you are just as curious as I am about what a combination of alien goo and marshmallow might actually taste like.
