The decision to remove voice control for the disable seems wrong headed. Certainly you can afford it.

I'm reaching out to implore you for a favor. My friend, Joey Grimberg, has muscular dystrophy and regularly used your voice control features on the XBOX One to navigate and search the web.
Joey lives with a can do attitude and endures much despite the extreme effort and care put forth by his family.
Your voice control features gave Joey a power, autonomy, and freedom we take for granted.
I am certain that your decision to discontinue the service was based on a business case with many sound variables and expectations. Let me add one more variable, which I hope might tip the balance in another direction.
By continuing your voice control features, you are improving the quality of life of individuals with disabilities directly. You allow for autonomy and creative exploration and education. You help people who have come to rely on and trust in you.
You've done many good things, Microsoft. Keep the good times rolling.
