back in december 08 i paid principal and interrest without ascrow they exceipted the check but jan. 09 they sent my check back. and flatly refused to work with me on the ascrow i did not want a modafacation but thats all they left me with i have made 15 payments call into make my15 payment they said they were not exceipting my payment i asked why thet told me they didnt no why. i received a letter stating if i didnt pay them up they would forclouse. so i retained a lawyer and she said watch they will send forclouser pappers and they did. i went to arbratration meeting which has been sat up by the courts the chase bank men said i only made payments up to sept 2010 i said thats a bunch of bull i have setting right on this table 8 certified check copy and 7 debited from my account,and now all of a sudden he found them. will since november18,2010 i am still in modafacation now today they want more papperwork. and as the clock ticks they add more money on to your loan i am in underwriting and i found out they have never counted my 15 payments we must stop the banks from riping us off
