in may 2010 my son was locked up for first degree robbery, and first degree burglery,and was sentence to eleven years at eighty five percent in march of 2012 meaning he will do nine years and two months before being able to go up for parole. at same time in may my older son shawns brother chucky had taken his life, so at same time lost both sons in the system. no way what shawn did was right, shawn did not no how to handle what happen to his brother as he turned to drugs. im not supporting what happened and feel bad for the victoms as there fine. i just dont understand u kill or rape u get alot less time and its not a eighty five percent crime. every day watch the news its happening and not yet one time i have seen any body get eleven years for this crime.shawn had a appointed lawyer, everyone else wanted fifty thousand dollars to represent him, we live pay check to pay check and no way possible was i able to get a lawyer, as other people with same crime is getting it lowered to second degrees and recieveing three years. i just need help my son has been locked away for 23 months now and other son gone for twenty three months, the commonwhealth nor lawyer took in any consideration on what has happened to this family. shawn was in college at this time and one son who was two at the time, he had no felony record. he needs to b home with me and his father as we need him as much as his son does. we will b there for him guide him in the right direction, i need one hundred signatures, and the rest in gods hands. thank u for takeing time to read and sign.
