Always wear mine, but in a free country, this should not be a law. Pass the bill!

I’ve straddled a scooter for 60 years. It is a way of life. I'm not asking you to take your helmet off, I’m asking you to let me take my helmet off. If people take the time to research brain injuries, they will find that there are other sports a lot more dangerous than. Me going topless.

I support the right to choose whether to wear a helmet or not when riding in out beautiful state!
I also think having the option to not wear a helmet will increase the number of motorcycle enthusiasts who otherwise will not come to our state to attend motorcycle rallies and / or explore our scenic roads.
Support this bill in the Senate!

I've been riding a motorcycle on the street for 45 years. With a licensed rider with endorsement an 21 years old I think they should be able to not wear a helmet. This saying they should be able to make a choice for themselves weather or not to wear a helmet. Myself I feel naked without one and I would wear one. I'm not asking you to take your helmet off I'm asking you to let me take mine off. The choice should be theirs... LET THOSE WHO RIDE DECIDE. THANK YOU AND PLEASE PASS THIS BILL.
