Sample:   New Amendment would stating: that depending on the open position, the members who vote for that position in the first place would vote in a new election for whom they want to see replace the person leaving. That would mean at the Executive Committee Level, if the person was a 9-12 person and that is the group that voted on that spot before, they get to vote again.  If it was middle school, then it would be middle school folks.  If it was elementary, well you get the point.
