Wrongfully accussed marine needs help

Just because this man is a Marine doesn't mean he didn't commit the crime! May the family get justice for that sweet baby that was murdered!

Why would I sign something so horribly written? Stop using the military to garner sympathy. It’s not cute or patriotic.

I didn't believe it when I heard what happened. I don't think he's capable of doing something like this.

Honestly, everyone who is defending this man is sick. The evidence has already proven that he is guilty. He killed an innocent baby, and the mother will never be the same. He took the life of his own child because he couldn't handle being a father. Just because he was a marine and a 'good person' doesn't mean anything. Good people snap, good people kill others. Ted Bundy was seen as an amazing man by everyone around him, but he still killed so many people. So there shouldn't be a petition to help him. If the courts rule that he killed his baby, maybe you should pull the wool off your eyes and see that he isn't innocent.

The only denial is the denial of your fictitious condemnation of murderer. THREE people interacted with the child that day, there is no conclusive evidence to condemn or acquit any of the involved, instead there's a witch hunt looking crucify an outsider. Shamus is a Marine and will always be a Marine, and he still has 4 years of obligated service to fulfill, hence he's still a Marine and still eligible for "sympathy" as you so eloquently put it.

What ever happened to gathering facts before accusing!? If the state is wrong about this I hope this marine sues the crap out of them. 2. A LOT of you need to use spellcheck!!!

This man has been wrongfully charged and those who know him and his true selfless character can attest to his innocence. The state of North Carolina is looking to crucify him for a crime he did not commit. Shamus, we got your six brother, keep your head up and let the hillbillies keep serving dose after dose of injustice, you will prevail.

I've known Shamus his whole life along with his wonderful family. There is in no way possible Shamus did this. He has a heart of gold.

Regardless of people's opinions. The justice system in this country is supposed to be unbiased. People accused of a crime are Innocent until PROVEN guilty. There needs to be hard facts and evidence before condemning a person for murder. The truth will come out. Both families are mourning this loss, two sets of grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins. And both families deserve respect, and our sympathies and condolences while waiting for our justice system to do the work of uncovering the truth. How can anyone say what happened who wasn't there. Who's to say this poor baby didn't roll off a couch and hit her head... No one knows for sure. So immature people reacting to a traumatic situation should probably sit down and be quiet, until the truth comes out... Because if it comes out that you're wrong, you will eat your words and love to regret them

Let’s make sure we have all of the facts before we condemn someone! I can’t imagine the pain this man is going through, he just lost his baby! He took the proper procedure and got help right away! So let’s not put the blame on him when we truly don’t know what happened! This is a very nice family so let’s show some support instead of hate!

First, use spell check, it will help your case tremendously in trying to defend a murderer. Second, please dont use the military to gain sympathy in situations like this. Third, if he didnt do it, who did? The signs and symptoms show up quickly and progressively get worse in the hours immediately after the abuse. Fourth, my condolences to the family and friends of this man. I realize you are mourning not just the loss of a baby, but also the loss of the man& person that you believed Shamus to be. No one wants to believe someone they know could or would be capable of doing this. That being said, I think many of you are in denial. Fifth, even more and bigger condolences to Hannah and Hannahs entire family and everyone who is mourning the loss of this precious baby.

He was such a great kid loved his daughter more than anything!!

Shamus was my best friend growing up. actually he was my first friend when i moved to North Brookfield. He watched me grow up and i know him like the back of my hand. I use to pick on my younger brothers, and he would always be the one to pull me aside and tell me i was being to rough with them. I live in North Carolina now and he came to see me a week or so before his daughter was born. He was so excited, and having a son of my own i could see his happiness in his eyes; he was ready to be a father. He messaged me on Facebook a few days before this all happened and we were making plans to see each other's kids and have them meet one another. This is wrong, I trust Shamus King with my life and if he says that he did not hurt his child then I 100% believe him. My prayers are going out to you bro.
