In my opinion having a wrestling program will only improve the football the football program! My son played varsity football all 4 years in high school and wrestled 4 years! Two of this years he made it to state finals!!

Wrestling builds character, health, teamwork, family. It provides opportunities young people might never get otherwise. It's less expensive than sports with significant equipment needs. Anyone can do it. All sizes, builds, genders. I've seen visually or hearing impaired wrestlers, wrestlers with missing or atypical limbs or developmental delays. It can bring out the best in a young person and help develop them into confident, hard-working, compassionate adults.
