Final supporters
We the undersigned oppose demands by the Planning Inspector and the Welsh Governmentto build afurther 12,000 general market houses across Wrecsam. We also oppose demands that settlement boundaries be expanded and proposals thathouses bebuilt on open green space.
This type of development is not needed locally and these houseswill not beaffordable for the vast majority of the local population.The plans arenot sustainable and will damage our identityand environment.
Rydan ni, yr isod, yn gwrthwynebu gofynion yr Archwilydd Cynllunio a Llywodraeth Cymru i adeiladu 12,000 yn fwy o dai cyffredinol yn Wrecsam. Rydan ni hefyd yn gwrthwynebu ceisiadau i ehangu ffiniau cymunedau a'r bwriad i godi tai ar dir glas.
Nid oes angen y fath ddatblygiadau yn lleol ac ni fydd y tai yma'n fforddiadwy i drwch y boblogaeth leol. Nid yw'r cynlluniau'n gynaliadwy a byddent yn niweidio ein hunaniaeth a'n hamgylchedd.

I have been overwhelmed reading through your stories about what our local green spaces mean to you. This is clearly much larger than just one petition and your passion is the only reason people are finally starting to pay attention.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the attention this is getting. It feels like our concerns about these developments are finally being seen because so many of you stepped up to speak your mind.

Ridoculous amount of houses when locals cant even afford to buy anything. Where are the jobs for these thousands of people suppose to come from?

Greedy developers again. Wrexham council need to grow a backbone and say no for once
Stop building on our green fields wtf are they thinking. Wrexham is full enough already
Enough is enough the local infrastructre cant handle this many people. traffic is already a nightmare every single morning
There's no need for expensive homes in the WREXHAM area
