We the undersigned oppose demands by the Planning Inspector and the Welsh Governmentto build afurther 12,000 general market houses across Wrecsam. We also oppose demands that settlement boundaries be expanded and proposals thathouses bebuilt on open green space.

This type of development is not needed locally and these houseswill not beaffordable for the vast majority of the local population.The plans arenot sustainable and will damage our identityand environment.

Rydan ni, yr isod, yn gwrthwynebu gofynion yr Archwilydd Cynllunio a Llywodraeth Cymru i adeiladu 12,000 yn fwy o dai cyffredinol yn Wrecsam. Rydan ni hefyd yn gwrthwynebu ceisiadau i ehangu ffiniau cymunedau a'r bwriad i godi tai ar dir glas.

Nid oes angen y fath ddatblygiadau yn lleol ac ni fydd y tai yma'n fforddiadwy i drwch y boblogaeth leol. Nid yw'r cynlluniau'n gynaliadwy a byddent yn niweidio ein hunaniaeth a'n hamgylchedd.
