Dear Wargaming Employees,

As an active and commited player I feel largely disappointed and humiliated by your approach towards your duties and lack of of elementary respect towards your client.

Since the start of the game I lack basic contact with the Wargaming representatives. Infor-mations about the game are delayed and appear with basic translation errors. Most questions asked remain unanswered by competent staff. Competitions are organized very rarely, without any significant gratification in relation to the time invested.

I also find lack of the end-game extremly frustrating. In any multiplayer game clas are fun-damental - and we are officialy waiting for these for a year. Efforts from organized communi-ties (pre-formed clans) are neglected despite their good organization, commitment and fund-ing. It is them who bring competitions to life and fund the prizes from the pockets of their members.

Tired of repetable entertainment I commit my time and funds towards other projects of differ-ent companies who, unlike you, treat players similary no matter which regional server they play.

I expect:

1. Support for organized communities (clans).
2. Competent community managers, who will be willing to hear me out, answer my questions and solve problems in the shortest possible time.
3. Atractive competitions, without having to wait for the prize for months afterwards.
4. Active fight against the bots, warpacks and afk players.
5. Reliable information about the changes in the game and future events.
6. Treating me with the respect I deserve.

I hereby refuse to fund your further activity. Important changes and full commitment of your employees are the only way to restore my trust and my active participation in the game in the future.
