This movie if done right of course would be epic. Opening the eyes of a new generation to the world of krynn. Not another cheesy animation witch was an insult to the novel's please for paladin's sake make this movie. I knew it could be done right when Lord of the rings came out please don't wait eighty year to make the magical world come to life.

The Lord of the Rings movies and Game of Thrones tv series for example, show that if done right, fantasy books can be successfully adapted to live action formats. The world of Dragonlance is extremely rich. With a talented director and team of filmmakers, working in close collaboration with Margaret Weiss, Tracy Hickman, Larry Elmore, etc. could produce a critical and commercial success, pleasing the series legions of fans and opening the world of Dragonlance up to a new generation of fans, the world over. A live action Dragonlance series is long overdue. The people want it. Please make it happen. Thanks!

I have always wanted to see this happen. But that aside they are missing out on a goldmine here! It doesn't take a genius to see that the movie market is prime right now for a movie like this. I mean come-on...They don't even have to write the darn thing! Its all right there in the books.
